高校生との研究活動初日

Hello, this is MALT.

川越女子高校の生徒さんと共同研究の打ち合わせをしてからおよそ1週間。

About 1 week has passed since a meeting about a collaborating study with high school students. 

早くもMALTに再来してもらって、まずは輪講から始動しました。

Our study started in MALT with reading a paper about the cosmic dust.

専門的な英単語や、日常では使わない科学的な内容が多く、なかなか難しかったかもしれません。

Since there were many technical terms and scientific descriptions which we don't use in everyday conversation, it might have been so hard for them to read it.

ランチタイム。S峠（定峰峠）の話で盛り上がりました（一人で）。

宿題に定期テストに受験勉強。高校生はやらなければならないことが多くて大変ですが、これからも無理のない程度に頑張っていきましょう。

I think you have many your duties of high school students, but I hope you will be able to be great researchers!
