　セミナーの後はMALT忘年会が開催されました。
 After Christmas seminar, MALT year-end party was held.

色んな物を祝した忘年会（ポロリはなかった）。

This party was to celebrate various things.

今年の参加者は20人くらいだったようです。

About 20 people joined it.

　まずは、國木田さんによるクリスマスセミナーの様子から。
The seminar was given by Dr. D. Kunikita.

タイトルは「東北アジア地域の考古学を研究する」です。

The title is "Study of Archeology in Northeast Asia".

月曜大工 DIY in MALT

　MALTの玄関がやけに騒々しく、すわ泥棒か、はたまた研究室入学希望者かと飛んで行ったら、中野さんと森田さんが日曜大工をしていました。

　届いた荷物の下に敷いてあった木材を分解して再利用するらしいです。

Mercury lamp replacement 水銀灯の交換

先日、標的室の水銀灯の交換を行いました。

建築以来、実に２０年以上経って初めての交換。

Mercury lamps in the target room were replaced the other day.



今回は、引き続きイオン源室の水銀灯も交換しました。

Then, those in the ion source room were also replaced this time.

東大教室 Todai Summer 2015 Course

KITTEのインターメディアテクで行われている東大教室！行ってきましたよー

We went to Intermediatheque and participated in "Todai Summer 2015 Course".

Intermediatheque is a museum presented by JP and University Museum, and located in JP tower / KITTE.

８月の間は毎週やってます。

During August, it will be held every Wednesday.

We apologize about giving up machine time for Al26 due to ion source trouble.

一年間指導してきた川越女子高校の２人が来週大阪で行われるSSHの発表会に参加することになりました。

全国のSSHの生徒たちが集まる大会だそうです。

Two students of Kawagoe girls' senior high school are going to take part in the SSH study convention at Osaka next week.

They have made a study of cosmic dusts for more than a year.

発表資料の最終仕上げに向けて緊迫した一日の中、一瞬の気の緩みを捉えた貴重な写真。

東北大学で行われたタンデム研究会に参加してきました。

正式名称はタンデム加速器及びその周辺技術の研究会といいます。

マシンタイム始まりました！

マシンタイムが始まり忙しくなりました。

そのうえ新規導入されたfacebookちゃんを可愛がることに夢中で、

ブログの更新が怠っているようです。

ソフトバンクのCMの海外セレブみたいになったので載せておきます。

つまり移動中も電話で打ち合わせしなければならないほど忙しいということです。

このときは奥さんと打ち合わせしていました。

宇宙塵の化学処理 Chemical Treatment of Cosmic Dusts

お久しぶりのSSH、宇宙塵の研究です。

いよいよ、AMSに使えるように宇宙塵を化学処理していきます。

This is a report of the study of cosmic dust with super science high school students.

We carried out chemical treatments to measure with AMS.


その前に楠野先生によるイオン交換の講義が行われました。
First, the lecture of ion exchange by Kusuno sensei.

なるほど、分からん。

I understand that I can not understand.

工程がいっぱいあって複雑です。

Chemical process is very complicated.

第一回伊藤さんを囲む会 The Farewell Party in honor of Ito-san

この度、退官なされる伊藤さんによる講演と、伊藤さんを囲む会が行われました。

A lecture by Ito-san and a farewell party in honor of Ito-san was held.

講演のテーマは東大rapid（1.7MVタンデム型加速器）と、学生実験について。

The contents of the lecture were about rapid(1.7MV tandem accelerator) and practical training of students.

過去は変えられる！

The past could be changed!

その後、第一回伊藤さんを囲む会が行われました。

往年の仲間たちと共に和やかな雰囲気。

In a relaxed environment with his friends.

しかし、いつのまにやら何故かおじさんたちの恋愛暴露合戦へ・・・。
