タンデム研究会で若狭湾へ行ってきました　Meeting in the Wakasa Wan Energy Research Center

こんにちは！

Hello, this is MALT.

先月、「第35回タンデム加速器及びその周辺技術の研究会」に参加するため、福井県若狭湾エネルギー研究センターへ行ってきました！

Last month, I went to the Wakasa Wan Energy Research Center in Fukui Prefecture to participate in the 34th Meeting for Tandem Accelerators and their Associated Technologies.

外も中もとても綺麗な施設でした。

久しぶりの現地開催ということもあり参加者も多く、講演・討論・見学すべてにおいて盛り上がりました。

There were many participants, and the presentations, discussions, and facility tours were all very lively. Of course, the after-meeting party was even more lively with lots of food from the Sea of Japan.

次回は理研（和光市）が主催だそうです。またお会いしましょう！

初詣後の鎌倉ハイキング　Hiking around Kamakura

こんにちは！

Hello, this is MALT.

前回に引き続き、鎌倉ハイキングのようすです。

We hiked around Kamakura during the New Year holidays.

全長5キロほどのコースでした

I was already tired when we got to the starting point.

相模湾と鎌倉市街

On a clearer day, you can see Mt. Fuji.

思ったより急な斜面もあり

Dangerous spot!

行程のおよそ半分くらいの場所

Only Qi-san looks fine.

この辺からだいぶ疲れてきちゃって写真を撮るのが疎かになってしまいました。

気づけば三時間ほど歩いてハイキングコースは終了。出口にあった瑞泉寺というところへ行ってみました。

It took about 3 hours to walk the entire course.

その後、途中でお昼ご飯を食べつつ鎌倉駅へ。

Then we walked to Kamakura station, eating lunch on the way.

北鎌倉駅とは打って変わって賑やかな鎌倉駅

ちゃんと体を動かすのは久しぶりでしたが、中々に気持ちよかったです。

次はMALTスキーツアーを企画したいと思います。

I would like to go skiing on our next tour!

初詣に行ってきました！　Happy New Year!!

明けましておめでとうございます！

Hello! This is MALT.

2023年の初詣に松崎研究室の有志で鎌倉へ行ってきました。

Matsuzaki laboratory conducted Kamakura tour during the New Year holidays in 2023.

北鎌倉駅に10時集合な

参加者は教職員・学生ほか、合わせて８名。

ぞろぞろと連れ立って、目的のお寺へ行きました。

There were 8 participants in this tour.

初詣は建長寺でした

天気も大変良かったので、建長寺の裏手から天園ハイキングコースというところへ行くこととなりました。

The weather was very fine, and we hiked around Kamakura.

山形大学医学部東日本重粒子センターの見学会　East Japan Heavy Ion Center

AMSシンポジウムでは学生発表賞があり、松崎研究室の王くんが見事ポスター発表賞を受賞しました！

Mr. Wang from Matsuzaki lab. won the student poster presentation award of JAMS-23 symposium.

また、初日のセッション終了後に、山形大学医学部東日本重粒子センターの見学会も行われ、みんなで参加してきました。写真を載せておきます。

After the session of the first day, a tour of The East Japan Heavy Ion Center was also held.

第23回AMSシンポジウム発表編　Presentations in AMS symposium by MALT Mates
