今日は埼玉県立川越女子高等学校のSSHクラスの２人がMALTに来てくれました。
Today, two students of Kawagoe Girl's Senior High School visited MALT.

彼女たちのコースは授業時間帯のみならず放課後もバシバシ研究活動をするそうです。
I hear they study geology actively not only in class hours but also after school.

A harmonious meeting.

宇宙塵の研究をしているということで、私も熱が入ります。
It motivate me that the subject of their study is the cosmic dust,

というのも私の博士論文が宇宙塵の起源と運動に関する研究についてだったのです。
for the interplanetary dust is the subject of my doctoral thesis.

打ち合わせの後に、施設の見学をしてもらいました。

After the meeting, I showed them our laboratory.

大学生顔負けの研究をしている彼女たちには、大学生でも「ゲッ」と言うかもしれない英語の論文を渡しておきました。次回までに出来るところまで読んでおいてください。
I gave them a paper written in English.
