Mercury lamp replacement 水銀灯の交換

先日、標的室の水銀灯の交換を行いました。

建築以来、実に２０年以上経って初めての交換。

Mercury lamps in the target room were replaced the other day.



今回は、引き続きイオン源室の水銀灯も交換しました。

Then, those in the ion source room were also replaced this time.

ボタンひとつでスーッと降りてくる優秀なシステム。

Lumps were made to move up and down with only a few bottom.

新しい水銀灯のおかげで、とにかく明るい作業場になりました。

New lumps lightened the room very much.
